Horse Branch School had one of the first FRC's in Kentucky. 
Since 1991, the Horse Branch FRC has offered a successful program to families in our community.

Family Resource Centers try to remove barriers to children's success in school.  This often requires connecting families with community resources, as well as serving as a bridge between the school and families. 
Thus a wide range of services and activities are offered.

Horse Branch students and any of their parents, grandparents, or guardians may use FRC services. 

Many programs are open to the entire community.
