We will take likes or loves until next Thursday, December 18 at 3pm.
The winner will get a jeans pass. If you know teachers, we love our jean days. 😊🤣
Students will also get to vote. Teachers will take their students around at some point next week, and the students winner will also receive a Jean pass.
So we will have two winners for the classroom door contest… We will have the student winner, and we will have the Facebook page winner.

Our PTO will be having a snack sale tomorrow afternoon and Wednesday. Students may buy a bottled drink and chips for $2. If we are out of school due to weather, the sale dates will shift to Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you!

Veterans and one guest are invited to join us for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. The program will begin at 9:00 a.m. We encourage all students and staff to wear red, white, and blue to show their support and patriotism. We look forward to honoring our Veterans together tomorrow morning.
Zoodles will be here on Monday, November 3rd. Students must have a signed permission slip to attend. Please make sure to turn in your child’s form if you’d like them to participate in the Zoodles program.

We are very thankful for the donations we have already collected and would love to see that number go up even more. Hello Horse Branch families! Pepsi orders have been sorted and will be ready for pickup today at 3:45 PM, right after buses dismiss. Please wait in your vehicle, and someone will assist you with loading your order. Pepsi has requested that all plastic cases be returned. Once your drinks have been delivered, please return the empty cases to Horse Branch Elementary. Thank you so much for supporting Horse Branch PTO!

This is a reminder that the Ohio County Hospital is at Horse Branch Elementary in the library today, providing student vaccinations. They will be here until 4:00 p.m. A parent or guardian must be present for your child to receive their vaccination.
We are looking forward to seeing you tonight at Horse Branch for Family Reading Night. We have a lot of activities for your family to enjoy while learning. Chili will be served for the family. Of course, the Book Fair will be open for you to shop with your child/grandchildren. We plan to formally start our event at 5:30 and end at 7:00. We are aware that the starting time on the flyer was 5:00. We apologize for the confusion.

Amazon Day will take place on Thursday, August 28th. Students in Kindergarten through 6th grade will have the opportunity to shop and choose one item, either for themselves or for a family member. Please note that some items may be too large to bring home on the bus. In those cases, parents or guardians will need to pick up the item at their earliest convenience.
